Program Manager

Savant Strategic is seeking a Program Manager to provide operational oversight across multiple active land development and infrastructure engagements. This role coordinates project workflows, manages stakeholder communication, oversees regulatory processes, and supports executive decision-making through structured reporting.

    • Manage multiple concurrent development projects under a unified program structure

    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution milestones

    • Serve as liaison between Savant, clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators

    • Implement and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, and reporting frameworks

    • Coordinate permitting and regulatory tracking across project sites

    • Conduct periodic site visits i

    • 5+ years of program or project management experience

    • Background in infrastructure, construction, land development, or consulting

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple active initiatives simultaneously

    • Background in civil engineering or construction management

    • Experience with permitting or regulatory processes

    • PMP certification

Site Superintendent

    • Supervise daily site operations across grading, earthwork, and infrastructure projects

    • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain sequencing and schedule

    • Oversee grading, retention and detention pond construction, internal road construction, and utility installation

    • Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance

    • Maintain daily job logs and provide progress updates to leadership

    • Identify schedule risks and cost impacts early

    • 5+ years of construction site supervision experience

    • Hands-on experience with civil site work, grading, or infrastructure projects

    • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings

    • Strong subcontractor coordination and leadership skills

    • Experience with land development or rural infrastructure

    • OSHA certification

    • Experience with grading and heavy equipment operations

Savant Strategic is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee field operations across active civil and land development projects. This role is responsible for on-site execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule enforcement, safety oversight, and quality control.

The Site Superintendent reports directly to the Founder & CEO and Program Manager.

Civil Engineer Intern

Savant Strategic is seeking a Civil Engineer Intern to support active land development projects through grading analysis, drainage planning, and infrastructure layout. This role provides direct exposure to real-world site development from concept planning through construction coordination.

Ideal for junior and senior-level civil engineering students with hopes of pursuing EIT certification.

Hybrid / Project-Based | Texas & Louisiana

    • Assist with grading plan development and cut/fill analysis

    • Support stormwater and retention/detention design calculations

    • Assist with internal roadway layout

    • Coordinate septic and water well site planning

    • Support preparation of civil plan sets

    • Coordinate with surveyors and geotechnical consultants

    • Pursuing or recently completed B.S. in Civil Engineering

    • Understanding of grading, drainage, and hydrology fundamentals

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D

    • EIT or FE exam candidate

    • Experience with rural or industrial site projects
